Auto Splitter

Now you can cut through even the biggest, hardest nuts in seconds, with virtually no risk of injury or accident. It's easy. Simply slip the Auto-Splitter head over the nut and apply hydraulic pressure. One cut frees even the most corroded nut so it can be turned. Or make two cuts, 180 degrees apart, to cleanly cut the nut away.

Auto-Splitter's specially designed housing head fits into tight spaces, so you can work from more angles and in more applications than with competitors' models. Paint, corrosion and nuts with rounded corners are no problem. Fits all API and ANSI flanges and virtually all valve bonnets.

To power Auto-Splitter, you'll need a 10,000 PSI hydraulic pump. Choose from (A) Model #115E (electric), (B) Model #105A (air-hydraulic) or (C) Model #100H (hand pump) for when air power or electricity are not available. With each pump you'll receive 12 feet of hydraulic hose plus all fittings and quick disconnects needed.

When you order Auto-Splitter, you'll get: an Auto-Splitter housing, resharpenable cutting chisel, chisel holder, spacers for precise calibration, hydraulic cylinder, removable handles and the tools and hydraulic fittings you'll need, all in a sturdy, protective metal carrying case.

All models have a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi.
