STS6 Series

Tensioners must be specifically ordered for the stud size to be tensioned. Stud sizes from 3 inch to 4 inch, 76mm to 100mm. Load capacities 270.0 Tons, 2649 kN. Metric sizes follow the fractional sizes.

The STS-CK Conversion Kit enables the user to adapt an existing STS tensioner assembly to another thread size (either Fractional or Metric) within the same tensioner range. The STS-CK Conversion Kit comprises of a threaded puller and compatable nut rotating socket, thus offering the user even greater versatility at an econimical cost.

All new and rental tensioners are supplied with a bridge, socket ring and puller.
